This contract specifies the procurement of a single helical compression spring with NSN 5360-01-567-1199 and part number 302960A2, with a quantity of one unit to be delivered within 20 days from the contract award. The item must comply with all technical and quality requirements listed in the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements, which supersede any other standards such as ASTM D3951. Packaging must adhere to MIL-STD-129 for marking and labeling, and to RP001 for DLA packaging requirements, while the packaging itself must meet ASTM D3951 unless overridden by DLA requirements. Sampling and inspection follow MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 with zero nonconformances required in the sample unless otherwise stated, and attributes are assigned verification levels or AQLs as specified.
