Shasta Blvd. A new well would be constructed on the east side of Spring Hill Rd. (northwest of Spring Hill). A waterline would be installed along Spring Hill Rd. and North Mt. Shasta Blvd. from the new well to the intersection of Ski Village Dr. and North Mt.
