The Dallas Area Rapid Transit Authority is soliciting bids for whistle valve springs under solicitation number 2100559. Interested vendors must register through the Bonfire portal to access the BidTable and submit their responses by the deadline of August 21, 2026. All submissions must adhere to FOB Destination shipping terms, with freight costs included in the total price, as the authority generally rejects FOB Origin or Prepay and Add terms. Strict adherence to delivery schedules is required, as failure to meet specified times and rates may result in rejection or default termination. Payment is processed on a Net 30 basis from the date of invoice or order receipt, whichever is later, provided that invoices are submitted in triplicate with all required purchase order details. The contracting officer maintains the right to terminate the order for default if the seller fails to perform within the specified timeframes, potentially holding the seller liable for reprocurement costs.
