This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The IQC will be for a two-year base period, with three one-year options. Acceptance of the three one year Option provision is mandatory and failure to accept the provision will result in an offer being eliminated from consideration. The procurement is for 16 competitive core NSNs. A LTC with similar items is currently established and will expire on 06/12/08. The following numbered notes apply: 1 and 9.
