Sealed bids will be received by the Town of Pine Mountain for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for construction of the SR 354 Water Tank Replacement and Springhouse Improvements in the Town of Pine Mountain, Georgia. Bids will be received to the attention of Mayor Keith Pendergrass at Town of Pine Mountain, 250 North McDougald Avenue, Pine Mountain, GA 31822, until 11:00 AM, Thursday, July 11, 2024. Any bid received after said time and date of bid opening will not be considered by OWNER. Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud at this time and location. All bids will be evaluated by OWNER and the project will be awarded, if it is awarded, within 30 days of the bid opening. The Project consists of, but is not limited to the following major elements:
