Work shall consist of the replacement of the existing suction lift pumps with submersible pumps within the existing wet well. Associated work includes a new valve vault, electrical upgrades and site work which includes installing a new bypass and site demolition of the existing below grade suction lift pump enclosure along with associated site upgrades. Sealed bids shall be submitted and updated online until 10:30 AM, prevailing time, on the 15th day of August, 2025, at which time they will be publicly opened and read: All documents and solicitation details are available any time at PennBid™ (www.pennbid.net). Project documents are available for inspection at the offices of the engineer, Pennoni Associates Inc., 5072 Ritter Road, Suite 102, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055 Each proposal must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids.
