This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.


The solicitation number is 70Z03326Q30475016 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).


The contract will be awarded based on Lowest Price Technically Acceptable, Technical Capabilities, Past Performance and Price.


Description of Requirement: USCG STA Cape Disappointment replace the damaged power cable on the school dock.


The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2026-01 Effective Date 03/13/2026, HSAR 12/26/2024, HSAM October 2009, CGAP 03/25/2026. The Service Contract Act WD # 2015-5549 revision # 30 date of last revision 05/13/2026 applies.
