Topics of interest include, but are not limited to the following subsystem categories: Maturity Level Testing (functional or live-fire) completed to-date Acquired data such as: dispersion/accuracy, system performance, resistance to impulse loads, and/or resistance to harmonic environmental conditions. Targeting Aids (e.g. scopes, HUDs, ballistic solutions, augmented reality etc) Size and weight of proposed system and its subsystems Duration of time needed to dismount weapon from mount system Power requirements (e.g. AC/DC, voltage, Duty Cycle: continuous loads, peak loads, duration of peak loads, and preferred source of power.) Details about the nontraditional technologies and how it could be applied Innovated concepts and how it could be applied Other unlisted characteristic of interest It is important that the technology utilize existing weapon systems and provide enhanced capabilities such as increased probability of hit while minimizing size, weight, power, impacts to the overall platform. This technology must also be affordable in acquisition, operation, and sustainment throughout the entire life cycle of the platform.
