AMENDMENT 00004 The purpose of this amendment is to extend the closing date to 1 September 2026 at 12 PM EDT, Upload new PWS, combined syposis and remove the FAQ. Reiterate that the question and answers portion of this soliciation has closed. No questions will be answered. The evaluation criteria is as follows: past performance, technical capbility - including but not limited to boarding plan, and Facility Security Clearance (FSC), and price, please refer to the combined synopsis for this information. 


AMENDMENT 00003  The purpose of this amendment is to remove CLIN 0016. 


AMENDMENT 00002 - The purpose of this amendment is to update attached documents PWS, answered questions, and white pages. Establish the evaluation criteria for this requirement is past performance, technical capbility - including but not limited to boarding plan, and Facility Security Clearance (FSC), and price. 


AMENDMENT 00001 - The purpose of this Amendment is to update the closing date. The new closing date and time is August 31, 2026 at 12 P.M. EST. 


All questions will be due to the Government no later than 19 August 2026 at 12 P.M. EST. The PWS has been updated since sources sought, please read the PWS attached thoroughly. 


The prime contract must possess a TOP SECRET facility clearance, it should be in place prior to award. The Company SMO must be provided prior to award to verify the companies FCL status. 


There is no incumbent to this solicitation. 


The Contractor shall provide staff support services to the following US Army Central Command Staff Sections: G1, G2, G4, PAO, and HQBN U.S. Army Centeral (USARCENT) are resposnsible for restablishing logistics, personnel policy, and prcedures for all Classes of Supply (less Medical and Communications Security (COMSEC)), as well as human resources services and operations.
