Bids for Stage One of the Slope Stability Repairs in Jasper National Park must be submitted exclusively via fax to 1-855-983-1808 or email to soumissionsami-bidsrpc@pc.gc.ca; submissions via courier, in-person delivery, SAP Ariba, or any other email address are invalid. Email submissions must not exceed 15 megabytes in total size, including attachments and metadata, and bidders are responsible for ensuring successful delivery—large bids must be split into multiple labeled emails with clear numbering and project identifiers. Links to documents are prohibited; all files must be attached directly. This is the first stage of a two-stage competition where only pre-qualified bidders will be invited to submit detailed technical and financial proposals in Stage Two. The pre-qualification results will determine eligibility for one or both of two potential site-specific contracts at Mile 5 and Edith Cavell Road, with the entire pre-qualification list expiring within 180 days or upon award of the two Stage Two contracts, whichever comes first. A list of qualified bidders will not be disclosed, but contract awards will be published on CanadaBuys. All work must be completed by November 1, 2026, and the estimated project value exceeds $5,000,001, excluding taxes. Indigenous business participation is a key consideration under the federal Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business, with Stage Two invitations governed by the number of Indigenous Business Directory-eligible applicants in Stage One—ranging from exclusive set-asides to mixed participation based on qualification outcomes. Technical and contractual inquiries must be submitted in writing at least five days before the bid deadline, and all documents must comply with National Parks Regulations. Bidders must obtain official solicitation materials from the Government of Canada tendering portal, as reliance on unofficial sources is at their own risk. Submissions in either English or French are accepted.
