REQUIREMENT
Parks Canada Agency requires replacement of a failed water-proofing system at a vacant staff housing building. The work consists of removal of existing pavers/pedestal system, insulation, concrete curbs and planters, patios and landscaping features, removal of existing water-proofing, shoring of existing stairs to allow access to the concrete surface. The existing water-proofing material will be removed and replaced. All removed elements to be reconstructed or replaced to match existing.
TWO STAGE SELECTION PROCESS
This posting is the Stage Two of a two-stage solicitation process: the first stage was to evaluate the qualifications of all interested suppliers. The second stage (Stage Two) is to invite the qualified suppliers to provide further qualifications and a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings. Only qualified suppliers have been invited to bid.
