The contract specifies the procurement of 420 threaded standoff spacing components identified by NSN 5340-01-313-6737 under solicitation SPE7L1-26-T-873T, with a delivery timeline of 168 days ADO. The item must comply with current military or consensus non-government part standards, and hardware manufactured to any prior revision of the standard that was current at the time of production is acceptable, provided all units produced after the solicitation date adhere strictly to the latest revision. All supplied hardware must be marked in accordance with MIL-STD-130N for identification of U.S. military property. Quality assurance is governed by MIL-STD-1916 or ASQ H1331 Table 1, with zero non-conformances required in sampling unless otherwise stipulated; attributes are assigned verification levels of VII, IV, and II for critical, major, and minor characteristics respectively, or corresponding AQLs of 0.1, 1.0, and 4.0. Unspecified attributes are treated as major. Sampling plans referencing MIL-STD-105 or ASQ Z1.4 may determine lot sizes but must still meet the zero-defect acceptance criterion. Compliance with DLA packaging requirements and all referenced technical and quality standards identified by R or I numbers is mandatory, and the controlling version of the DLA Master List of Technical and Quality Requirements is determined by the solicitation issue date for simplified acquisitions or the RFP issue date for large acquisitions, with any amendment superseding prior revisions. The contract is fully competitive under federal specifications, procured by the Department of Defense through the Land Supply Chain, with performance occurring at Robins AFB, Georgia, and inquiries directed to Michael Nordahl at DLA.FLBC2PRS@dla.mil.
