The scope of work required under this request for Part A and Part B includes:1. Complete all demolition work and removals2. Re-work and make modifications to existing standpipe riser system3. Supply and install new pumps, DCVA, piping, valves, and switches as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided.4. Include for all materials, labour, tools, and equipment as required for a complete installation.5. Permits will be applied for and paid for by the County of Lambton6. Contractor responsible to call Fire Monitoring company to turn monitoring system on and off as required to complete the work.7. Include for any work associated with fire alarm monitoring. The building is monitored by Damar Securities, and maintained by Sentry Fire.8. Prime and finish paint all new and existing exposed piping9. Include for any electrical work that may be required10. Include for all testing as outlined in the drawings and specifications provided.
