The Town intends to purchase two (2) new modular homes built to state building code under the Town of Stantonsburg 2022 CDBG-NR Program. This is the second request for bids. Attached is a copy of the bid proposal forms. Proposals will be received in the Council Room at the Stantonsburg Town Hall, 108 E. Commercial Avenue, Stantonsburg, NC 27883 on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., then be publicly opened and read aloud. The specifications and general conditions are for the new modular homes built to the state building code.
