The contracted services will manage participation and enrollment, enabling State Agencies to engage in one or more PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. (PJM) DR programs and other curtailment services. The goal is to maximize the Distributed Energy Resource Payments Split (DER) from all payments obtained by the Contractor for the Agency's performance in these programs.
