Pre-Proposal Conference The State will hold a virtual pre-Proposal conference on April 10, 2026, at 1:00 PM Columbus, Ohio local time. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the RFP and the Work with prospective Offerors and to allow them to ask questions arising from their initial review of this RFP.The conference will be held as a Microsoft Teams meeting with the following contact information:Link to Pre-Proposal meetingAttendance at the pre-Proposal conference is not a prerequisite to submitting a Proposal.The Contractor must secure natural gas and electricity commodities for the Agencies.The Contractor must ensure all Agencies have the option to participate in either the electricity program, the natural gas program, or both programs. Participation in either program is optional and at the sole discretion of the Agency. The Contractor must support each option without requiring participation in more than one program as a condition of service. The Contractor must provide all services on a per-program, natural gas and/or electricity basis, to ensure flexibility and independence for the Agency. The Contractor must separately aggregate natural gas and electricity Agency usage to leverage pricing opportunities and maximize overall cost savings for each program.
