Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: past performance (the contracting specialist's knowledge of and previous experience with the service being acquired). The solicitation number is 70Z03325QSTAB0001 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Several connections no longer service the pier and those elements that do service the pier are to the end of their service life. Exterior brow needs to be replaced. The brow for the dock is no longer serviceable and cannot aid anyone safely in passing to the floating dock. Brown needs to be fabricated to be replaced.
