STAWI: Notice of Intent for Other than Full and Open Competition

USAID/KEA intends to negotiate a non-competitive $15,100,000 Total Estimated Cost Increase to the Sustainable, Transformational and Accessible Water Interventions (STAWI) Activity contract number 72061523C00001with DAI Global LLC. To support the United States Government's (USG) efforts to mitigate the food security crisis exacerbated by Russia's invasion of Ukraine and alleviate the immediate challenges of hunger and food insecurity caused by prolonged drought in the Horn of Africa, USAID/KEA requires a modification to the STAWI-Contract under Ukraine Supplemental (#4).USAID/KEA intends to negotiate non-competitively with only one source (DAI)based on the exception to competition in AIDAR 706.302.70(b)(5) which authorizes the waiver of full and open competition. This is not a request for proposals. However, the Government may consider all expressions of interest received within fifteen (15) calendar days after date of publication of this notice.
