Delivery is FOB Origin, with freight managed by the Navy under the Commercial Asset Visibility Statement of Work. Contractors must be authorized distributors of the original manufacturer, with proof of authorization submitted with their offer. The response deadline is July 20, 2026, and all materials must comply with applicable Department of Defense documentation distribution controls, including handling of NOFORN and Official Use Only materials. The repair must meet all operational and functional requirements as defined by the Government, and any design or part number changes require written approval prior to implementation.
