General Information
This is a solicitation for non-commercial products prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)/Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Subpart 13 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.


Naval Surface Warfare Center Indian Head Division (NSWC IHD), located in Indian Head, Maryland, intends to award a firm-fixed-price (FFP) purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for Steam Station Re-piping Repairs. This solicitation will be competed as a total small business set-aside.


Solicitation Details
Quotes are being requested under Request for Quotations (RFQ) N0017426Q1098. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 332439 and the associated small business size standard is 600 employees.

Basis for Award

The Government intends to evaluate all timely quotes received from eligible vendors on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. The Government intends to evaluate quotations and award a purchase order without discussion.
