Steel Poles

Nashville Electric Service is soliciting bids under solicitation Z4916 for 100-foot steel poles with a minimum capacity of 0486 ft-kips at ground level, equivalent to Class H4. The poles must be hot-dipped galvanized according to ASTM A123 and meet the drilling and detailing specifications of the latest NES LSK-1230 version. Procurement is restricted to a list of approved manufacturers, including Valmont, Rohn, Dis-Tran, and others, with alternate brands prohibited unless prior approval is granted.
