Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare is soliciting bids for a contractor to sterilize Dental Hygiene and Podiatry Instruments/Tools on a weekly basis. SCOPE OF WORK AND DELIVERABLES The contractor will clean and sterilize instruments weekly. Method of sterilization is with Steam. COBH will send 1-3 boxes of instruments/tools to be cleaned and sterilized weekly. Each box will be approx. 12”x8” in size and weighting 10lb per box. After sterilization, contractor will seal each instrument/tool to be sent back to COBH located at 2200 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43223. Method of transport can be local carrier or 3rd party carrier (UPS, FedEx, etc.). Transport must have tracking capabilities and must be insured to cover lost/damages during transport.
