Project Title: On-Site Steris Sterilization Equipment Maintenance and Repair Services
Location: 55th Medical Group (55 MDG), Ehrling Bergquist Clinic, Offutt Air Force Base, NE


1. GENERAL INFORMATION & SCOPE OF REQUIREMENT:
The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity (DHACA) – Central Division is soliciting quotations for a single-award, Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) commercial service contract to provide comprehensive scheduled preventive maintenance, safety inspections, calibrations, annual chamber cleanings, and unscheduled emergency repair services for Government-owned Steris sterilization and washer equipment.


Covered Equipment:


  • (3) Steris AMSCO 400 Steam Sterilizers with Integral Electric Steam Generators

  • (1) Steris Reliance Vision Single Chamber Washer Disinfector

  • (2) Steris AMSCO 7052HP Single Chamber Washer Disinfectors

  • (2) Steris IWECO5 Ultrasonic Instrument Washers


Services must be performed by certified, qualified technicians utilizing genuine Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) or approved equivalent parts, diagnostic software, and PM kits. The resulting contract will be an all-inclusive fixed annual rate covering all labor, travel, scheduled PM visits, and replacement parts.
