All contracts are subject to Deviation 2026-00038, which extends the applicability of multiple FAR and DFARS cybersecurity and compliance clauses, including safeguarding information systems, combating trafficking in persons, employment eligibility verification, and sustainable product requirements. Hazards associated with the item, if any, must be labeled under OSHA Hazard Communication and MIL-STD-129, with mandatory prior notification to the government for any radioactive materials exceeding thresholds of 0.002 microcuries per gram or 0.01 microcuries per item. Delivery is FOB ORIGIN to JB Andrews, MD, with shipping required via traceable freight methods — parcel post is prohibited.
