For the Project set forth below the Port Authority is accepting Proposals. See Project Information Below Project Name: Storm Water Quality Program Management Project Description: Advising on federal/state environmental laws. Conducting field inspections and sampling. Assisting with all Texas Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (TPDES) programs, regulatory representative for audits. Developing plans and annual reports, management and compliance of Municipal Separate Storm Sewer System (MS4) / Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP). Copies of plan, specifications, contract and other RFP Documents for this procurement can be downloaded from PHA's Workday eProcurement System, accessed at Bids - Workday Strategic Sourcing. Project Manager: Ilana Harris Bid Security (5% of greatest amount bid / proposals): Not Required Pre-Proposal Conference: N/A Site Visit: N/A Response Due Date: 09/09/2026 11:00 a.m. Place: All responses MUST be submitted in Workday in order to be evaluated.
