Notice is hereby given that the City of Washougal (“City”) is soliciting bids from qualified contractors to provide inspection and maintenance of stormwater filter cartridge facilities, including filter catch basins, filter manholes, and filter vaults. The work generally includes facility and cartridge inspections; replacement of cartridges determined to require replacement; vacuum/vactor cleaning of facility floors; traffic control; proper disposal of removed cartridges, sediment, and debris; and inspection and maintenance documentation. The base bid covers 23 City facilities containing up to 134 cartridges. Separate optional pricing is required for up to 10 privately maintained facilities containing up to 63 cartridges.
