Stormwater Master Plan 2025

The City of West Kelowna is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive Stormwater Master Plan intended to guide the management, maintenance, and future enhancement of its stormwater infrastructure. The solicitation, titled "Stormwater Master Plan 2025," was posted by the Government of Canada on December 23, 2025, with a submission deadline of January 30, 2026. The contract is managed by Andrew Sandre, who serves as the primary contracting authority. Interested consultants are expected to deliver a thorough document that not only evaluates current conditions but also establishes a clear roadmap for ongoing upgrades and expansion, reflecting best practices in stormwater management and adaptation to future challenges.
