The U.S. Army, Army Contracting Command, New Jersey (CCNJ) on behalf of the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command Armament Center (DEVCOM-AC), located at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ has a requirement to upgrade its Stratasys equipment (Fortus Systems, Objets, Dimensions, SLA machines, etc.) that are at - end of life. The Government intends to award one contract, on a sole source basis, to Hartech Group LLC, 3030 N Rocky Point DR W Suite 150 Tampa, Florida, 33607-7200, United States, the sole distributer of the required Stratasys Equipment. The Authority for this procurement comes under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements: Application for brand name descriptions. The NAICS code for this effort is 333517 and the small business sized standard is 500 employees.
