The U.S. Census Bureau's Strategic Communications and Digital Services requirement is to establish an agency wide contract vehicle to meet the following objectives: Objective 1: Leverage digital and technology's latest advancements to better sustain the Census Bureau brand as data leaders, with a broad customer-focus approach. Objective 2: Enhance collaboration with Program Offices in the promotion, dissemination and consumption of Census-produced data and products. Objective 3: Support the marketing of cross-cutting Census Bureau initiatives to present consistently formatted, professional and aligned messaging to all audiences. This special notice is to inform industry of the U.S. Census Bureau's intention to set this procurement aside totally for small business under GSA MAS and to encourage industry communication as the Bureau will be looking for the best overall solution to the forthcoming request for proposal. In that vein, the U.S. Census Bureau is providing a listing of vendors who participated in the Market Research phase of this procurement regardless of business size and have opted-in to allowing their information to be shared. Please find this list attached to this special notice. Additionally, the U.S. Census Bureau intends on hosting a virtual industry day for this requirement. A date for this industry day has not yet been determined. Once determined, a notice will be posted to beta.sam.gov with further details.
