Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of the Department of National Defence (DND) is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for the long-term In-Service Support (ISS) of the CC330 fleet. The CC330 Husky is a Canadian version of the Airbus A330-MRTT, which is based on the civilian Airbus A330. This capability will serve as the Royal Canadian Air Force’s multi-role, air-to-air refueling fleet and complement the strategic airlift capabilities of other transport aircraft. The CC330 fleet will consist of eight MRTT aircraft and one aircraft will serve in a government of Canada transport role.
This ITQ is the first phase of a procurement process by PSPC for the long-term maintenance support and materiel support of the CC330. Respondents are invited to qualify in accordance with the terms and conditions of this ITQ.
This opportunity is neither a call for tender nor a Request for Proposal and is not to be considered in any way a commitment by Canada, nor as authority to potential Respondents to undertake any work that could be charged to Canada.
Canada has engaged BDO Canada LLP as a fairness monitor for this procurement.
All enquiries and other communications related to this notice are to be submitted in writing to the attention of the PSPC Contracting Authority, using the Project's e-mail address below:
