Strathcona County - Request for Quotes - RFQ#: 26.0120 - Metal Roofing Repairs and Interior Architectural Finishes Repairs - Festival Place

RFQ Document should be obtained from Euna Portal at: https://strathcona.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/111514 The work: This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by Strathcona County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to submit quotations for Metal Roofing Repairs and Interior Architectural Finishes Repairs - Festival Place, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). The County is seeking quotations from qualified contractors to provide all labour, materials, equipment, supervision, coordination, and services required to complete roof repairs, heat trace installation, electrical coordination, and associated interior restoration work at Festival Place, located at 100 Festival Way, Sherwood Park, Alberta. The Deliverables include repairs to existing roof assemblies and eave systems; replacement of moisture-damaged roofing materials; installation and testing of new heat trace systems and associated electrical modifications; coordination of rooftop equipment removals and reinstatements; interior drywall, painting, and flooring repairs; and all related temporary protection, safety measures, and site restoration activities required for a complete and operational installation. The selected respondent will enter into the County’s standard construction agreement. Respondents must demonstrate the qualifications, resources, experience, and capacity necessary to successfully deliver the Deliverables, including project planning, scheduling, submittal management, quality control, safety management, testing, commissioning, record documentation, and closeout services. The successful respondent will be expected to coordinate all activities with County representatives and facility operations, maintain public safety and access throughout construction, and minimize disruptions to Festival Place patrons, staff, and ongoing operations while ensuring the work is completed in accordance with the Contract Documents, applicable codes, and industry best practices. The Deliverables to be provided by the selected respondent (the “Supplier”) are as per Sub-Schedule “C-2” of the Agreement (Attachment 1).
