Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-HUM-66075-R1 for Nonindustrial Timber Harvesting Plan (NTMP) 1-02NTMP-027-HUM

Streambed Alteration Agreement No. EPIMS-HUM-66075-R1 is an agreement issued by the California Department of Fish and Wildlife Northern Region to modify Class II and Class III watercourses at existing road crossings. The project is associated with Nonindustrial Timber Harvesting Plan 1-02NTMP-027-HUM and is located in Humboldt County, approximately three miles south of Ferndale. Specifically, the work occurs on the Eel River, Williams Creek, and unnamed tributaries within Sections 24 and 25, Township 2N, Range 2W of the Humboldt Base and Meridian. The project was prepared in accordance with the California Environmental Quality Act and has been determined to have no significant environmental effect within the jurisdiction of the Department of Fish and Wildlife. The Department of Forestry and Fire Protection serves as the lead agency for the project. Under the provisions of Public Resources Code section 4629.6 (c), payment is not required for this agreement. Administrative oversight is provided by the Department of Fish and Wildlife Northern Region in Redding and the Department of Forestry and Fire Protection in Santa Rosa.
