Request for Information Streaming Video Optimizer and Translator, Multicast to Unicast THIS IS A REQUEST FOR INFORMATION ONLY. The 21st Contracting Squadron is conducting market research to determine interest and capability. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government. The 21st Contracting Squadron is seeking potential sources capable of providing seven (7) streaming video optimizers/translators with the following salient characteristics plus configuration support: ability to transmit live H.264 video throughout Mexico and the Continental United States, ability to convert multicast to unicast, AES 256 encryption level, A/C power supply, no more than a 30-second lag time, compatible with the AGILE CORE Commskit LMR Hub, and ability to publish into a Department of Homeland Security website. Video feed will come from an aerial vehicle. A data plan is not applicable. Ship to location is Ft Bliss, TX 79918.
