Purpose: The purpose of this communication is to provide GSA OASIS Pool5b IDIQ holders with an STS-2 program update for Quarter Two (2) 2015. This tentative schedule is to provide information for planning purposes only and shall not be considered as an invitation for bid, request for quotation, request for proposal, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the government will arise as a result of this announcement. Synopsis: Please reference previous posts on this site. In order to assist industry in planning for proposal opportunities, the STS-2 program office is releasing the tentative schedule of technical A&AS task order requests for proposals. The tentative schedule is subject to Government requirements and may change depending on priorities and needs. The STS-2 program office continues to support STS-2 program subscribers to mature and progress RFP documents in preparation for releasing a final RFP in FY2015. As addressed during the STS-2 Industry Day May 14, 2014, the process of awarding each STS-2 TO has been decentralized to each 2-letter; however, the SMC Centralized A&AS Branch retains responsibility for overall program management of the centralized A&AS programs.
