Solicitation SPE4A6-27-T-5202 is a fixed-price contract issued by the Defense Logistics Agency for the procurement of 10,000 units of continuous thread studs, identified by NSN 5307006376464. The procurement is managed under the First Destination Transportation program with delivery set for the DLA Distribution DDSP New Cumberland facility in Pennsylvania. Key delivery dates include a need ship date of April 13, 2027, and an original required delivery date of May 29, 2027. The contract mandates strict quality and technical compliance, requiring manufacturers to adhere to ISO 9001:2015 standards. Packaging must comply with MIL-STD-2073-1E and RP001, specifically requiring that the entire length of the shank and threads be protected by a wrap or sleeve. The contract strictly prohibits the use of mercury or mercury-containing compounds in preservation, packaging, and marking.
