The contractor is required to comply with numerous DFARS and FAR clauses including safeguarding covered information systems, cybersecurity reporting, trafficking in persons, employment eligibility verification, sustainable product usage, prohibition of hexavalent chromium, and export control. Invoicing must be submitted electronically via WAWF using approved document types, and all contractual obligations, including inspection and acceptance, are performed at the destination by the government. Contract administration is led by Priscilla Holmes of the ASC Commodities Division, with payment and accounting details to be finalized upon award.
