This Invitation to Bidders (the “ITB”) is an invitation by Sturgeon County (the “County”) to prospective Bidders to submit BIDs for 2026-048 Valley Traffic Circle - Drainage Improvements, as further described in Section 2- Technical Specifications - Scope of Work (the “Deliverables”). Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following: • Mobilization and demobilization. • Coordinate all utility owner notifications and daylighting. • Submit to the County the traffic accommodation plan (TAC/AT standards). • Perform traffic accommodation for the duration of the construction. • Minor Vegetation removal. • Abandon a section of existing 250mm concrete storm main. • Abandon existing culvert. • Supply and install new 300mm PVC stormwater line. • Supply and install manhole. • Supply and install catch basin manhole. • Remove excess unsuitable material. • Supply and grade screened topsoil top layer. • Relocate rip rap. • Supply and install seed within disturbance areas. • Construction debris cleanup.
