Subcontractor Compliance Monitoring & Reporting Services

The contract requires the performance of comprehensive monitoring and verification activities to ensure lower-tier subcontractors comply with FAR 52.222-90, which addresses the prohibition of employment of individuals who have been convicted of certain offenses involving fraud, waste, or abuse in government contracts. This includes conducting thorough onboarding checks to confirm subcontractor adherence prior to engagement, as well as implementing ongoing periodic reviews to maintain compliance throughout the performance period. The contractor is responsible for maintaining detailed records documenting these assessments and ensuring all documentation is complete, accurate, and readily available for audit or inspection by the prime contractor and government authorities. Additionally, the contractor must prepare and submit formal reports outlining compliance status, identified issues, corrective actions taken, and any instances of noncompliance, providing transparency and accountability to both the prime contractor and federal oversight entities. All work must be performed in alignment with federal requirements and may involve coordination across multiple subcontractor tiers and locations under the oversight of the Defense Logistics Agency within the Department of Defense.
