Description: This Pre-Solicitation Notice is to announce that the Government intends to issue a sole source solicitation IAW FAR 6.302-1 to Paradigm Manchester, Inc. CAGE 1J4P3 with a close date of 10 April 2019 for the overhaul of the F100-PW-220 and F100-PW-229 Augmentor Divergent Nozzle Segment Seal Assembly. The requirement is anticipated to be a total of 6 months. Upon issuance of the solicitation, all responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. This notice of intent does not in itself represent the issuing of a formal request for proposal and is not intended to be taken as such. The requirements set forth in this notice are defined per USAF PR FD2030-19-00670 as follows: 1) This is an overhaul requirement to include, complete overhaul, modification, test, storage and shipment of assets IAW the end item's Performance Work Statement, Air Force Technical Orders or OEM Acceptance Test Procedures to ensure the end item(s) is restored to a serviceable condition. 2) List of applicable CLINs: CLIN 0001: Overhaul of NSN: 2840-01-320-6432NZ Noun: Augmentor Divergent Nozzle Segment Seal Assembly PN: 4076459 Application: F100 Engine Item description and function: Approximately 21.0 inches long X 4.5 inches wide X 2.0 inches high and 1.50 inches thick, and weighing 7.0 lbs. This item limits the amount of exhaust gas pressure escaping gas pressure escaping between the divergent nozzle segments. CLIN 0001 AA: USAF Requirement Quantities: 1,250 - Delivery will be 30 days after receipt of order and reparables at the rate of 300 each per month until deliveries are complete. CLIN 0002: Data 1 LT - Not Separately Priced CLIN 0003: Over & Above 1 LT- To Be Negotiated 3) Required delivery referencing 2) above: Delivery for CLIN 0001 will be 30 days after receipt of order and reparable assets at the rate of 300 each per month until deliveries are complete.
