Sublease consent related to the reuse of former office and storage space between the Metrea Strategic Mobility Inc. and Alameda BC, LLC; and associated parking

The March Inland Port Airport Authority has approved a sublease consent and associated parking agreement between Metrea Strategic Mobility Inc. and Alameda BC, LLC. This agreement allows Metrea to occupy an existing 106,430 square foot air cargo facility located at 17101 Heacock Street in Moreno Valley, California. The facility will be utilized for administrative purposes, as well as the repair and storage of airplane parts and equipment. Additionally, the agreement provides for five preferential aircraft parking spaces on the existing apron. The project is categorized as exempt under CEQA Guidelines section 15301 for existing facilities, as it involves the operation, maintenance, and leasing of current infrastructure with no proposed expansion of use. All activities are required to take place inside the building. The approval was finalized on October 16, 2025, following a public meeting held on October 15, 2025, with Dr. Grace Martin, Chief Executive Officer, serving as the lead agency contact.
