This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-83. The provisions that apply to this acquisition are identified in the DITCO Basic Agreements and Section M of the attached document. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 517111 with a small business size standard of 1500. All quoted prices shall be identified in CLIN 0001 and applicable SLINs 0001AA, 0001AB, etc. as applicable for monthly recurring charges and CLIN 0002 and applicable SLINs 0002AA, 0002AB, etc. as applicable for non-recurring charges. CLIN/SLINs shall include item descriptions, quantities, and units of measure. The requested service date and acceptance criteria are outlined in the attached inquiry. The product and service code for this telecommunications requirement is DG11.
