Subscriber Radio Program

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation is a re-issue of Request for Proposal 19AQMM19R0004 posted on November 8, 2018 for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Request for Proposals (RFP) - Solicitation Number - 19AQMM19R0080. The RFP and associated attachments are included in this announcement. The requirement is to provide the Department of State's Radio Program Branch (RPB) Overseas Emergency & Evacuation (E&E) program with a variety of configurations for subscriber radios that meet the specifications and requirements described in the Statement of Objectives (Attachment 1to the Request for Proposals) and provide the ancillary services also described in the Statement of Objectives. - This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NACIS) code for this acquisition is 334220 and the small business size standard is 1,250 employees with a PSC Code of 5820. - Offerors shall provide the components and prices for each required configuration in Attachment 2 to the RFP, Attachment-2-Subscriber Radio Prices. - Instructions for proposal preparation are located in provision - L002 - Instructions for Proposal Preparation and Submission.
