In accordance with FAR 12.603 (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)The solicitation number is TFOS-09-S-0015. This solicitation is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33, effective June 15, 2009. (iv)This solicitation is not issued as a set-aside. (v)See the attached file for a list of contract line item number(s) and items, quantities and units of measure, (including options). (vi)See the attached file for a description of the requirement for the items to be acquired. (vii)See the attached file for the dates and places of delivery and acceptance. The Department of the Treasury (Treasury) is issuing this amendment to Solicitation Number TOFS-09-S-00015 to clarify the services required by Treasury and to post answers to previously asked questions. As such, the following changes are hereby made to Solicitation Number TOFS-09-S-00015: A. Section 1.0 of the Addendum to 52.212-4, entitled "Description of Services" is hereby revised, in its entirety, to state as set forth in the Statement of Need word document attached to this amendment B. The Questions and Answers word document is incorporated by reference into Solicitation Number TOFS-09-S-00015 and attached to this amendment. Please note the deadline for the Government's receipt of quotations has not changed and remains Monday, July 20, 2009 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time. No quotations will be accepted after this deadline.
