This is a Request for Information (RFI) for planning purposes only and is not a Request for Proposal (RFP), Invitation for Bid (IFB), Request for Quote (RFQ) or an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. Responses to this RFI are not offers and cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. The Government reserves the right to determine how it should proceed as a result of this notice. Furthermore, those who respond to this RFI should not anticipate feedback with regard to its submission. The Government will not pay any cost incurred in response to this RFI. All costs associated with responding to this RFI will be solely at the responding party's expense. The information provided in this RFI is subject to change and is not binding on the Government. The purpose of this request is to obtain information on potential sources that can supply a world wide web accessible predictive tool annual subscription for unlimited users with the needed functionality to perform parts research. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) has a requirement to establish a licensed subscription to support various logistics research and planning activities for obsolescence health. DLA requires functionality to include as a minimum: - Life cycle Predictions - GIDEP alerts - daily updates - loading of bills of materials - data share access - end of life projections - part lookup and commonality - reports on alert impacts - risk analysis and availability predictions - RoHS/lead free Assessment - Libraries of devices that include: active, passive, Commercial off the shelf (COTS), circuit card assemblies, and die availability in Military, Industrial, and Commercial grades. The Government is seeking sources that are able to immediately supply this product. Please reference the RFI # in your response.
