Full Description

The Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service intends to award a copyrighted sole source delivery order of various types of handbooks and publications to Relx Inc. dba LexisNexis, at 9443 Springboro Pike, Miamisburg, OH 45342-4425, under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(l). This is a one (1) year contract with the period of performance from 9/13/2019 - 9/12/2020. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. A determination not to compete this action based upon responses received is in the sole discretion of the Government. The announcement will expire 7/17/2019 12:00 pm Eastern time. All contractors are required to be or already registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to receipt of award. If no responses are received, an award shall be made to Relx Inc.
