Full Description

AFOTEC/A7K intends to award a sole source purchase order to Offsec Services Limited, for the purchase of a subscription service to their private remotely hosted penetration testing labs. Offsec Services Limited is the sole distributor of this particular software. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. The Government intends to acquire a commercial item using FAR Part 12 and intends to procure from only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), and FAR 13.501(a), that the circumstances of this contract action deem only a single source is reasonably available to fulfill the stated requirement. Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the requirement in writing to marcos.morales.2@us.af.mil no later than 0900 hours MDT, Thursday, 10 September 2019. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed effort on a full and open competition basis, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Oral communications will not be accepted in response to this notice. No competitive request for proposals or quotes will be issued base upon this Notice of Intent.
