Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) Investigation for Sanitary Sewer Replacement on Credit Heights Drive, Credit Woodlands and Dundas Street West City of Mississauga, Project 25-2303A

The Regional Municipality of Peel has issued solicitation 2026-498T for Subsurface Utility Engineering (SUE) investigation services to support the design of a sanitary sewer replacement project in Mississauga. This project, identified as Project 25-2303A, covers specific areas including Credit Heights Drive, The Credit Woodlands, and Dundas Street West. The scope of work requires Quality Level D, C, and B investigations across the entire area, along with provisional Quality Level A test hole investigations at approved locations. All investigations must adhere to ASCE Standard 38-22. This procurement is restricted to prequalified vendors and is issued in accordance with the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA), the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA), and other applicable trade agreements. Bids must be submitted electronically through the designated Bidding System no later than 12:00 noon local time on September 28, 2026. The Agency will evaluate submissions based on factors such as references, past performance, estimated completion time, and vendor capability, reserving the right to award the contract in its entirety or in part to serve its best interests. Selected vendors must maintain specific insurance coverage, including $2,000,000 for general and automobile liability and $1,000,000 for professional liability. Operational constraints include a requirement for lane closures to be limited to weekdays between 9:00 AM and 3:30 PM, subject to approval. Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) based on unit prices quoted by the bidder, with a total of $31,000 allocated for various contingency allowances.
