Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering
This requirement is open only to those TSPS Supply Arrangement (SA) # E60ZT-18TSPS/XXX/ZT Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following Stream:
Stream 2: Business Consulting/Change Management Team member Category:

- One (1) X Facilitator Consultant - Category (2.15) - Intermediate
Description of the work:
The Caribbean Regional Development Program (CRDP), NDE Americas Branch, within the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) requires the services of a contractor to conduct the evaluation of the Women’s Voice and Leadership – Caribbean project, which is nearing completion. The contractor is expected to design and conduct the evaluation using a participatory feminist approach, in consultation with the grantees and the Technical Authority (TA), and the Evaluation Steering Committee to assess evaluation and learning needs and to ensure that evaluation end products
are of relevance to their work.
Specifically, the objectives of the evaluation are to develop evidence-based knowledge and forward-thinking reports and deliverables that draw on the perspectives and expertise of the grantees and other beneficiaries of the project.
