This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The solicitation number is W912TF26QA010 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2026-01. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 721214 - Recreational and Vacation Camps (Except Campgrounds), a small business size standard of $9M.  The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract.


The NH Army National Guard requires the following items:  


CLIN 0001: 2026 Youth Summer Camp (QTY= 1 Job)


The contractor shall provide a summer camp for youths as described in the Performance Work Statement(PWS).  Please see the PWS for a complete description of the Government’s need.  


All facilities must be located within the geographical confines of the state of New Hampshire.


Period of performance is from 26 July 2026 to 29 July 2026.


CLIN 0002: Breakfast Meals (QTY= 1 Job)


Provide on-site breakfast for 50 youth (150 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance.


CLIN 0003: Lunch Meals (QTY= 1 Job)


Provide on-site lunch for 50 youth (150 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance.


CLIN 0004: Dinner Meals (QTY= 1 Job)


Provide on-site dinner for 50 youth (150 Meals) for the duration of the period of performance.


CLIN 1001: OPTION 1 - Thursday Extension (QTY= 1 Job)


Provide optional extended camp operations for one full day and one night (Wednesday overnight through Thursday). Must include all lodging, activities, and 150 meals for 50 campers (includes 50 Wednesday Dinners, 50 Thursday Breakfasts, and 50 Thursday Lunches).


CLIN 1002: OPTION 2 - Friday Extension (QTY= 1 Job)


Provide optional extended camp operations for one full day and one night (Thursday overnight through Friday). Must include all lodging, activities, and 150 meals for 50 campers (includes 50 Thursday Dinners, 50 Friday Breakfasts, and 50 Friday Lunches)


CLIN 1003: OPTION 3 - Saturday Half-Day Extension (QTY= 1 Job)


Provide optional extended camp operations for Friday overnight through a half-day on Saturday. Campers will depart at 2:00 PM on Saturday, 01 August 2026. Must include lodging, morning activities, and 150 meals for 50 campers (includes 50 Friday Dinners, 50 Saturday Breakfasts, and 50 Saturday Lunches).

The Government intends to award to the responsible offeror whose quote represents the best value. For this solicitation, the Government will evaluate the Total Price (Base Period plus all Options) for award purposes per addendum 52.212-2.
