AI Contract Overview
The U.S. Army National Guard is soliciting quotes for a 2026 Youth Summer Camp program under solicitation W912TF26QA010, issued as a Request for Quote in accordance with FAR Subpart 12.6. The contract is a Firm-Fixed Price award with a base performance period from July 26 to July 29, 2026, requiring a full residential camp program for approximately 50 youth and teens aged 9 to 17, with facilities located exclusively within New Hampshire, specifically in Concord. The prime contractor must be accredited by the American Camp Association and hold a valid State of New Hampshire Youth Recreation Camp License. Core services include comprehensive camp operations encompassing lodging, activities, and all meals—breakfast, lunch, and dinner—for 50 participants over four days and three nights, totaling 150 meals per meal type. Four additional optional extended service periods are available: a full Thursday extension, a full Friday extension, and a Saturday half-day extension ending at 2:00 PM on August 1, 2026, each requiring 150 meals and full operational support including lodging and activities. Proposals must be submitted electronically via email by 8:00 PM EST on May 29, 2026, with a mandatory technical response detailing compliance with all line items and salient characteristics, and full pricing for the base period and all optional extensions. The government will evaluate offers based on total price including all options, and technical acceptability is a pass/fail gate—failure to address all line items or meet minimum requirements results in disqualification. All offerors must be actively registered in the System for Award Management (SAM), maintain current annual representations and certifications, and comply with clauses related to cybersecurity, ethical conduct, whistleblower rights, and prohibitions on contracting with inverted corporations or entities linked to certain foreign regimes. Contractors must use the Wide Area WorkFlow system for invoicing and submit a detailed Quality Control Plan within ten days of award. Food and water services must adhere to state and federal sanitation codes, and all government property must be secured daily. Technical inquiries must be submitted in writing by noon EST on May 27, 2026, to designated points of contact; phone calls are prohibited. Quotes must remain valid for 60 days, and any amendments will be issued if responses to questions materially affect solicitation terms.
