THE SUCCESSFUL CONTRACTOR SHALL PROVIDE ALL LABOR, EQUIPMENT, AND MATERIALS REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THIS PROJECT. THE SELECTED CONTRACTOR SHALL PERFORM ALL TASKS AND PROVIDE THE NECESSARY SERVICES FOR COMPLETION OF THIS PROJECT. A CONTRACT WILL BE AWARDED TO THE CONTRACTOR WHOSE BID BEST SATISFIES THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS REQUEST AND BEST SERVES THE INTEREST OF POLK COUNTY.
